I keep having issues where some files won't download because of some kind of hash mismatch. Sometimes logging out & back in fixes it sometimes not. It seems to be an ongoing problem with the app, as I've reported it to them many times

I have this problem too. As far as I can tell usually the files are actually fine. It's just that the hash doesn't match what the client thinks it should be. It's kinda annoying.

Sign out then sign back in, the app will scan your library folder and fix itself. This most often occurs when its doing a library scan (black bar across bottom of the window) and you hit the sync library button at the top.

What it says in the header. Since yesterday, the total number of items in my library has increased by about 60%, I have found dozens of duplicate items, and the "Not Yet Downloaded" selection is also about 3 times what it was yesterday. Has anybody else any problems with it?
I've had this very same error for months on two different Win 10 machines and my iPad. In some cases the app displays four copies of the same entry. I can see no pattern as to why the app does this to some titles but not to others.

Apparently pressing the Sync Your Library button while the app/client is scanning your drive triggers this. I suspect when someone does this client ends up building the database with two sources, the list it got from the server and the files it finds on the hard drive. Why some files are listed multiple times but some just once probably depends on how far the scanning has progressed when you clicked the Sync button. If you then close the client and then starts it again (which will start the scan) and then tries to fix the duplicate by clicking Sync again, you'll end up adding even more duplicate titles to the database.
To prevent it from happening, make sure the scan is complete before syncing. Unfortunately the client doesn't announce when a scan is done. Rather look at the lower right corner. If it's scanning there should be a small text bar saying scanning your drive.
To fix it if it already happened, on Windows find the AppData directory and find where the client puts the library.dat file and delete it. Start the client again and let it finish. This can take a while if you have a couple thousand files. On Android I guess you go to App Info and clear data. That should delete the library.dat equivalent for Android.

Has anyone ran into the issue where is is not showing the file names? I now have a blank white screen where the file names uses to be. The app seems to be working, it says it is scanning and downloading but I can't see the names.
